Carol has worked alongside the previous founder and CEO since February 2016 as Head of Finance & HR. She has over 30 years’ experience in both finance and HR, having worked previously within the higher educational sector before setting up her own business and then joining Forces Support.

Carol was also a Town & District Councillor for West Oxfordshire District Council.

Alongside this, Carol is a Trustee of Witney Educational Foundation Charity based in Witney, who provide grants to families in need to assist with the purchase of school clothing and other essential items and towards the cost of attending educational visits.
