Roger has over 40 years of management experience, 24 of them as a commissioned officer in the RAF Regiment where he followed a career path of command and staff appointments including project management within the MoD.
Since retiring from the RAF, he has extended his management experience through self employment followed by employment in the retail and commercial sectors and in the NHS.

More recently he was employed as a Housing Officer within the MoD at RAF Brize Norton and Dalton Barracks dealing with the difficult situations presented to Service families living in Service accommodation.
