Forces Support are proud to announce awarding a funding grant of £32,400 to Veterans Sailing Charity, Turn to Starboard in support of their Skipper Scholarship Scheme. The Turn to Starboard Skipper Scholarship Scheme aims to build resilience, inspire confidence, instils leadership qualities and ultimately help veterans find work anywhere in the world with a coastline.
Paul Miller, Chief Instructor at Turn to Starboard said “This programme is an ambitious undertaking but the lasting impact we aim to achieve for each individual is life changing. We are hugely grateful to Forces Support for this incredibly generous grant.”
